Vodafone hiring Associate Freshers Ahmedabad

Role purpose is to identify and recruit a voice agent that will be able to cater to the calls coming from retail stores across Ireland. Along with the voice queues, retail agents will need to work on back office work and referrals (soft credit check)

Key accountabilities (Role Description)
Would be responsible for handling queries/complaints/feedback on the calls for the Retail Stores in Ireland.
Dealing with customer’s with the closed account and resolving the issues
Handling several admin queues with a separate time frame for all the queues.
Approving/rejecting the applications for the New Connections for the customers applying for a handset with analytical reasoning within the stipulated time frame for the queue.

Essential – Strong communication skills/Decision making capability/Customer service/Flexible working in 24/7 atmosphere

Education/Technical/Functional qualifications and/or Professional Certifications:
Desired: – Minimum 1 year of experience in the BPO industry with a calling profile.
